Returns Policy
General
This policy applies to products purchased through the mountkailashblend.com website (the “Website”). It does not apply to products purchased through any other website.
Except as expressly set forth in this policy, once you purchase a product from our Website, the transaction is complete and we will not accept a return or refund of that product or exchange that product for any reason except for product quality issues.
This policy is subject to change without notice.
Damaged Product
If a product you purchase from our Website is damaged while being delivered to you, we will replace the product with a similar product for up to 3 days after the date of purchase. For any replacements, please email us at support@mountkailashblend.com. In your email, please include the order number, picture, and written description of the damage. If the damaged product is a Mount Kailash Blend drinking water product, the description must include the number of jars that were damaged, whether the exterior of the jar was damaged, and whether the product was compromised in any way. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.
Empty Jars
Free Jar pickup requests can only be placed post-completion of the subscription plan with a TAT of 10 working days upon placing the request/confirmation. You will be required to confirm the number of jars available at your end for a refund of the security deposit.
The jar cannot be accepted under an empty jar pick-up request if it has been unused for 1 month for any reason or used with local water or another liquid.
The pickup agent will not accept your return jar request/order if the empty jar is damaged or not in refillable condition according to Mount Kailash Blend standards.
Returns & Refunds
Except as described in the preceding paragraphs, will not accept a return or refund of any product.
Any delay/ no delivery-related complaints can be raised by calling our customer care at - 1800 309 2922 or sending us an online message between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on that particular day or writing to us at support@mountkailashblend.com.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of the purchases during checkout.
None of the subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, no further action is required.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
As a part of Blend Rewards Club, exclusive members may see this option (for example: as a price offering just for you).
