What is Blend’s source of water?​

Sourced from the reservoir built during the 10th Century, the product that you receive is located on the Southern Delhi Ridge of Aravalli range.​

What is Blend’s purification process?

​Blend uses a 7-step purification process which includes reverse osmosis, carbon and micron filtration for purity, giving Blend its clean taste. For product safety, we use an ozonation process. Mount Kailash Blend is free of chromium, arsenic, MTBE, chlorine, fluoride, and trace pharmaceuticals.

What is the pH level of Mount Kailash Blend?

​The product has a pH level of 7.2-8, which we feel offers improved acid-base balance & hydration.

What is BPA? And are you BPA free?

​BPA (Bisphenol A) is a persistent toxin (PT) found in many rigid plastics. ​Our bottles are manufactured from certified BPA free materials.

Are the materials used in Blend, recyclable? 

​Our bottles and labels are recyclable! 

What is Blend’s shelf life?

​The shelf life of our 5 gallon product is 45 days from the production date marked on the box. We recommend drinking and replacing at the best by date to ensure a pure and fresh taste. Always make sure to check your package for the expiration date!

The Blend Rewards Club

What is Blend Rewards Club?​

Blend Rewards Club is a loyalty program that rewards members with points for their sustainable shopping at mountkailashblend.com !

All members can redeem points for products and discounts, plus earn access to exclusive perks like early access to new products, birthday rewards etc. When you become a subscriber, you will unlock additional points for joining the Blend community.

How do I join the Blend Rewards Club?

​It’s free to join! Simply create an account on mountkailashblend.com and you will automatically be enrolled. Check out our page as we keep updating all the options and perks you can unlock with each purchase. 

How do I redeem my points? ​

A member must be logged into their account to redeem points. Points can bee redeemed during the checkout process. Once you get to the checkout screen you will see your total available rewards points. ​To use your rewards, select your redemption amount in the menu, then continue the checkout process. Remember you must have a minimum balance of atleast 180 points to make a redemption. 

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

We have taken care of that already! All customers with an active account are automatically enrolled in our rewards program. Please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

Expiration of points?

Yes, points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. To remain active, you must earn points.

Can I earn points on past purchases?

No, you will start earning points on the day you sign up to join the Blend Rewards Club.

​When do I see my point adjustments?

Points will automatically be adjusted in your account upon redemption and earning unless fraudulent activity is suspected.

Can I get loyalty points for referrals?

​​Yes, you can refer friends/family and earn 20 points for each successful referral. The person you have referred also gets a discount on their first purchase on monthly subscription ; the discount % may vary based on offers.

Does Mount Kailash Blend offer free delivery?​

Yes! Upon placing an order for your subscription, specific day/days are to be selected as shown available on the website/app.

Do you offer expedited delivery?​

At this time, we do NOT offer expedited delivery. If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out to us at support@mountkailashblend.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Making things happen, is our core operating principle!

I received a damaged product. What can I do?

​We are so sorry to hear that. This is not typical of our product as we place the highest importance in the quality of our product and packaging. It is important to us to help you have the best possible service and experience with Mount Kailash Blend.

How do I update my account or change my subscription preferences?

​In order to make changes to your Blend Water subscription, such as edit your delivery schedule or change your shipping address or billing information, you’ll need to have a login account with us on mountkailashblend.com. ​Make sure to use the same email that you used to set up subscription with when entering your information. Once your login process is complete you should be able to visit your account information and manage your account and subscription from there. 

What are the subscription packs available?​

The monthly subscription option include the number of jars to be delivered per week in the count of - 3 Jars, 4 Jars, 5 Jars, 6 Jars, 7 Jars.

How do I cancel a subscription for Mount Kailash Blend?​

We’re sorry to hear you’d like to cancel your Mount Kailash Blend subscription. You can either login to your Blend Water account or email us at support@mountkailashblend.com​ Please note that if you have recently received an order confirmation notification for your subscription this month that is prompting you to cancel your subscription, your order will still be processed and shipped. We can only cancel orders that have not been placed yet.
